President Joe Biden’s decision makes no difference in terms of the special military operation and aid to Ukraine if his team stays, said the general, commander of the Akhmat special forces unit.
 
It makes no odds for the US military industrial sector who to finance - Ukraine or any other country - as long as they buy weapons from them, he added.
