(ANSA) - ROMA, 26 APR - Giustizia sommaria che calpesta la
tutela della privacy o reazione giustificata? Sta generando un
vivo dibattito, in Germania, il caso dell'atleta olimpica Ariane
Friedrich, che per difendersi da un molestatore sessuale ne ha
pubblicato generalita' e indirizzo di residenza su Facebook,
ancor prima di sporgere denuncia.
Abituata a superare gli ostacoli da sola, la saltatrice in
alto Friedrich la scorsa settimana aveva deciso di agire per
conto proprio contro la persona che le aveva spedito mail
erotiche indesiderate, con tanto di foto dei propri genitali.
Una violenza intollerabile per la campionessa tedesca 28enne,
che oltre all'atletica nella vita e' una poliziotta: ''In
passato sono stata offesa, molestata sessualmente e ho avuto
anche uno stalker - ha scritto sabato sulla sua pagina Facebook
-, ora e' tempo di agire. E' tempo di difendermi. E questo ho
fatto, niente di piu' e niente di meno'''.
L'iniziativa non e' pero' piaciuta a diversi commentatori
della carta stampata e dei social-network, dove si e' parlato di
''giustizia sommaria'', interrogandosi inoltre sull'effettivo
riscontro della responsabilita' dell'uomo messo alla gogna. Il
fatto che Ariane Friedrich sia una poliziotta per alcuni rende
il suo gesto ancora piu' deprecabile, perche' tradirebbe una
scarsa fiducia nella giustizia che e' chiamata a difendere. La
polizia dell'Assia, dove la donna e' impiegata quando non calca
le pista d'atletica, ha intanto aperto un'indagine disciplinare
nei suoi confronti, ha reso noto un portavoce ieri.
Friedrich si rende perfettamente conto della gravita' del suo
gesto: e' un passo importante rendere pubblica una cosa simile,
ha detto, ''ma non e' la prima volta che ricevo mail simili''.
La saltatrice oggi non e' piu' disposta a farsi ''vittima due
volte condannandomi al silenzio''. Questo gesto ''e' un mezzo
